A 24-month warranty applies to individuals.

A 12-month warranty applies to legal entities, unless otherwise specified.

The warranty covers only manufacturing defects.

Professional Use and Loads

The handheld tools offered by the seller are designed for professional use.

The service life of the tools depends on:

• work intensity
• applied loads
• working conditions and environment

The warranty does not cover failures caused by:

• use exceeding the manufacturer's specified technical limits or intended purpose
• improper working methods
• continuous use under extreme or unusual conditions
• use with additional force-enhancing means (e.g., levers, pipes, etc.)

Professional use itself is not considered a reason to void the warranty, but when evaluating a warranty claim, the tool’s wear level and actual usage are taken into account.

Natural Wear and Tear

Hand tools are consumable products that naturally wear out during use.

Natural wear and tear is not considered a defect.

The warranty does not apply if it is determined that:

• wear is due to normal or intensive use
• working parts are worn (edges, contact surfaces, etc.)
• the tool’s functionality has decreased due to length of use

Mechanical Damage

The warranty does not apply if it is determined that:

• breaks, deformations, or cracks
• impact or excessive force damage
• surface damage occurring during use

Improper Use

The warranty does not apply if the tool:

• was used for purposes other than intended
• was modified or repaired without authorization
• was used in violation of the manufacturer’s instructions
