3-piece set for 3/8" drive:

M6 (48.5 mm length): various applications in European cars

M8 (58 mm length): for removing and installing Mercedes engine head and accessory bolts, as well as VW and Audi axle shaft bolts

M10 (67.8 mm length): used for Mercedes cylinder head and driveshaft bolts, as well as VW and Audi cylinder head bolts

3-piece set for 1/2" drive:

M12 (108 mm length): for Mercedes cylinder head bolts, rear wheel alignment adjustment on 1999 and newer Audi A6, and VW axle shaft bolts

M14 (108 mm length): used for front axle bolts on 2003 and later VW Touareg, front axle bushings (control arms) on Porsche Cayenne, various Audi/VW axle bushings, Audi TT differential mounting bolts, and transmission drain plug

M16 (108 mm length, tamper protection): used for Audi TT clutch and skid plate, various Audi/VW transmission drain plugs, brake caliper bolts on 2003 and later VW Touareg / Porsche Cayenne, Detroit Diesel flywheel bolts, front crankshaft pullers for 900 and 4000 engines, and 900 cylinder head bolts

Items up to 25 kg are delivered within 1–3 business days from order confirmation and payment receipt.

Items over 25 kg are delivered within 2–5 business days from order confirmation and payment receipt.

Maximum allowed parcel locker size: L size: 39 cm (height) x 38 cm (width) x 64 cm (depth)

Maximum allowed parcel weight for parcel locker is 25 kg.

In exceptional cases (holiday periods, force majeure circumstances), delivery may take longer, with the buyer being informed accordingly.

Warranty Period

A 24-month warranty applies to individuals.

A 12-month warranty applies to legal entities, unless otherwise specified.

The warranty covers only manufacturing defects.

Professional Use and Loads

The handheld tools offered by the seller are designed for professional use.

The service life of the tools depends on:

• work intensity
• applied loads
• working conditions and environment

The warranty does not cover failures caused by:

• use exceeding the manufacturer's specified technical limits or intended purpose
• improper working methods
• continuous use under extreme or unusual conditions
• use with additional force-enhancing means (e.g., levers, pipes, etc.)

Professional use itself is not considered a reason to void the warranty, but when evaluating a warranty claim, the tool’s wear level and actual usage are taken into account.

Natural Wear and Tear

Hand tools are consumable products that naturally wear out during use.

Natural wear and tear is not considered a defect.

The warranty does not apply if it is determined that:

• wear is due to normal or intensive use
• working parts are worn (edges, contact surfaces, etc.)
• the tool’s functionality has decreased due to length of use

Mechanical Damage

The warranty does not apply if it is determined that:

• breaks, deformations, or cracks
• impact or excessive force damage
• surface damage occurring during use

Improper Use

The warranty does not apply if the tool:

• was used for purposes other than intended
• was modified or repaired without authorization
• was used in violation of the manufacturer’s instructions
